Members of the Operations Department work on getting companies on board for offering internships/training to the students throughout the year, ensuring that they have a diversity of profiles for internships. They serve as the first point of contact between The Internship Cell and potential companies coming on board .
Members of the Business Development department are responsible for managing the preparations on the day of a workshop /seminar or training in college. They act as the point of contact between The Internship Cell and the students of our college. Their task is to maintain liaisons with organizations that Encode can partner with
Members of the Marketing department are responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns to increase society's reach within and outside the college. They are required to maintain the Social Media Handles of the society with regular event updates and internship posts. They are also involved in thinking and executing insightful content that goes on the Pages.
Members of the Value - Added Course department are required to maintain the official Website of the Centre for Skill Development with regular event updates and content to increase our engagementt with students. Their role also includes creating and executing marketing campaigns to increase the add-on courses reach within and outside the college.
